“I coach because I believe self-awareness, curiosity, and deep listening can change not just individual lives—but the way we relate to each other as a society. In a world that often talks at each other rather than with each other, I want to help shift the conversation. Coaching is my way of contributing to a culture where people feel safe enough to be curious, brave enough to ask questions, and open enough to truly listen—because that’s where meaningful connection and transformation begin.”

Living our most authentic life in alignment with our true identity requires that we pay attention to our feelings and prioritize our voice over those coming from outside of ourselves. Other people have loads of ideas about what they think is best for us, but it's far more important what you feel about your life. Then there’s the other kind (the good kind) of resilience. The one that looks like slowing down and taking a different perspective. Taking inventory. Learning in a slower, more intentional way—one that comes from a place of healing and growth. It’s still hard. You’re still building resilience. But now it’s in a way that feels beautiful, especially as we enter into these later adult years—very different from the kind of resilience I built in my 20s and 30s..”
