3 months, 6 sessions (for up to 12 weeks)
*After 12 weeks, if we would like to continue together, I have several options for continued support.
Each Session together is every other week and lasts 90 minutes over Zoom
In between sessions, we stick together! WhatsApp text and voice notes communication 5 days a week for check-ins, accountability, Q&A, coaching, and reflection.

Investment
The investment for ongoing 1:1 coaching is $500 per month if billed monthly —minimum commitment is 3 months. If you are in financial hardship, let’s connect; we might be able to customize something for you.
