Root & Rise Program
Wherever you are, my program will meet you there. It’s for people new to my coaching or people who keep coming back (some, for up to a year!)
Details
3 months, 6 sessions (for up to 12 weeks)
*After 12 weeks, if we would like to continue together, I have several options for continued support.
Each Session together is every other week and lasts 90 minutes over Zoom
In between sessions, we stick together! WhatsApp text and voice notes communication 5 days a week for check-ins, accountability, Q&A, coaching, and reflection.

Investment
The investment for ongoing 1:1 coaching is $500 per month if billed monthly —minimum commitment is 3 months. If you pay in full before our first session, the cost is $1400 (a savings of $100).
Your Intro Clarity Session is complimentary, completely non-sales, judgment-free, and focused on helping you understand yourself and what is possible with our partnership. To help you get a sense of my coaching approach, I will spend about 15 minutes coaching you!
